The role requires close coordination with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and maintain accurate project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project activities among the engineering, procurement, construction, and other relevant departments. Track project progress, technical documents, material submittals, and on-site construction activities. Organize project coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on outstanding action items. Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports and identifying and resolving project issues in a timely manner. Organize and maintain project documents, approval records, progress reports, and other related files. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or a related field. Previous experience in project coordination, engineering construction, or real estate development. Familiarity with engineering drawings, project documentation, and project scheduling procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project is preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English.
