Hiring: Turnaround Core Team Leader (Planning) – UAE (Habshan)

A leading Pakistan-based EPC Engineering & Construction Company is hiring an experienced Turnaround Core Team Leader (Planning) for a major Oil & Gas Turnaround Project in Habshan, UAE .

Position: Turnaround Core Team Leader (Planning)

Location: Habshan, UAE

Salary: AED 25,000/month + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)

Eligibility:

• Mechanical Engineering Graduate (Mandatory)
• 15+ years of total experience
• Minimum 5 years as Planning Incharge / Planning Manager
• Proven experience leading Turnaround/Shutdown planning and execution in Oil & Gas EPC projects
• Strong coordination with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Engineering & HSE teams
• Experience in overall turnaround planning, execution strategy, schedule control, contractor management, risk mitigation, and project close-out
