As a Project Consultant , you'll support talent assessment and development projects for leading organisations across Asia Pacific, working alongside experienced I/O consultants to turn talent data into clear, practical insight. This is an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with genuine potential for extension as you grow your consulting career. What you'll be doing Support delivery of talent assessment, acquisition and development projects using SHL solutions Coordinate project plans, timelines, participant communications and assessment delivery logistics Prepare client-ready reports, presentations and data summaries under consultant guidance Contribute to job analysis, competency modelling, assessment centres and interviews Administer psychometric assessments in line with SHL standards and data protection requirements Analyse talent data, spotting key patterns and translating findings into clear insights Join client meetings and delivery sessions, building your stakeholder and facilitation skills What we're looking for from you Essential Degree in Psychology, HR or related discipline Up to two years' relevant consulting or HR experience Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin highly regarded Desirable Exposure to psychometric tools or assessment centres Experience supporting research, learning or HR-related projects Working knowledge of Power BI or data visualisation tools Interest in progressing toward client-facing consulting You'll need full right to work in Hong Kong.
