Job Responsibilities: Responsible for installing, configuring and support hospitality products; Working closely with project stakeholders and ensure service level requirements are exceeded; Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestone and requirements; Defining and maintaining the scope and objectives of projects; Presenting timely and accurate project status and other relevant reporting through existing communication channel; Monitoring the support cases for hospitality products on daily basis Job Requirements: Minimum 2-years of experience in the installation, configuration and training of hospitality products; Good communication and interpersonal skill with customers and cross-functional teams; Ability to work with minimum supervision, self-motivated and pro-actively; Strong with analytic and problem solving skills; Fluent in written & spoken English & Mandarin; Immediate available is preferredW We Offer: Competitive Salary Package Annual Leave On-the-job Training Medical and Dental Benefits Annual Health Check-up Discretionary Bonus Career Development Opportunities Interested parties please click "Apply Now" and attach your updated resume with date of availability and expected salary.
