The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or have 1–2 years of relevant experience , with basic knowledge or exposure to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) in construction. The successful candidate should be willing to learn, capable of working under pressure, and able to contribute meaningfully to the team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the supervision and monitoring of day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying site issues that may affect project completion. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel. Assist in implementing and maintaining QA/QC procedures and ensure that workmanship and materials comply with project requirements. Assist in checking materials, dimensions, quantities, and completed works for compliance with approved plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, inspection records, progress updates, and other required engineering documents. Assist in quantity take-off, material monitoring, and preparation/review of BOQ, BOM, and other project-related documents. Coordinate with the Engineering Team regarding technical concerns, site requirements, and project updates. Immediately report site issues, delays, quality concerns, safety concerns, and other matters requiring management attention. Monitor the proper use and handling of construction materials, tools, equipment, and other company/project resources. Participate in site meetings, toolbox meetings, inspections, and coordination activities as required. Perform other engineering and project-related duties that may be assigned by the management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in construction or project/site engineering , but not required. Basic knowledge or exposure to QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards is preferred. Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, BOQ/BOM, quantity take-off, and site documentation is an advantage. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
