# Project Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **Công ty TNHH Kiểm toán và Tư vấn RSM Việt Nam** · Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### Top Skills & Match 🎯 **Ключевой стек роли:** `[Управление командой]` `[Бюджетирование]` `[OKR / KPI]` `[Управление рисками]` `[Управление проектами]` `[Управление стейкхолдерами]` --- ### About the Role Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) Main Duties and Responsibilities - Financial Management & Controls - Direct and manage all project finance functions, including Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Controlling, Reporting, Compliance, Project Finance, and Corporate Development. - Establish and maintain effective cost and budget controls, ensuring adequate internal controls are in place. - Financial Planning & Performance - Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, periodic financial performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and business case evaluations. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records, budgeting and forecasting processes, cost control procedures, and financial reporting deliverables. - Cash Flow & Treasury Management - Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor project cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity, and recommend timely corrective actions. - Audit & Compliance - Support and ensure project audit activities are completed successfully and on time. - Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and the effective implementation of internal controls. - Management Meetings - Attend and contribute to project management, Board of Directors, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings. Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học Yêu cầu công việc: Job requirements - 5+ years of extensive professional experience, preferably within the renewable industry and in multinational companies. - Prior experience serving as a CFO or Interim CFO, with significant leadership responsibilities. - Proven experience overseeing complex financial models and making key business decisions based on results. - Ability to identify problems, formulate solutions, influence others, and drive results. - Stakeholder management and organizational understanding. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Strategic vision and analytical skills. - Proven success working collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Education and Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
