# Project Architect/Project Manager **MLG Architects** · New York, NY 10001 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Overview We are seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with strong organizational, management and communications skills and experience delivering contract documents and design presentations for commercial, residential and hospitality projects of various scales, new buildings and alterations. While much of our practice is upscale and luxury hospitality in New York City, our experience and clientele are broad and international. Responsibilities The position reports directly to the two principals and will be responsible for the full range of professional architectural services under their supervision - existing conditions and program analysis, code and product research, design, systems coordination, document production and management, communications, site visits, submittal and pay app reviews, etc.. As primary point of contact for projects, one will be expected to supervise junior staff and consultants, and to communicate directly and regularly with members of the Ownership, Design and Construction teams. Experience B. Arch, M. Arch, or equivalent educational experience sufficient to obtain licensure required (license a plus, but not required). Disciplined proficiency with the primary tools of production - AutoCAD or Revit, Bluebeam, etc. - is required, and a facility in developing solutions sketching by hand will be appreciated. The willing ability to provide guidance to junior staff on the use of various production and communication tools is essential. 5-7 years of experience at a full-service firm, preferably NYC-based, is expected. Compensation The position is full-time, primarily in person at our office near Penn Station. The starting salary offered is $85k/year, and an additional contribution of $600/month will be made toward the medical insurance plan you select. Paid time off includes ten paid holidays, 40 hours of sick/personal time and two weeks' vacation per year. A full range of voluntary benefits/programs are also available.
