This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and project timelines are achieved. The Project Architect plays a key role in decision-making, client coordination, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Design Oversight: Lead the development of architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design solutions while ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals. Technical Documentation: Oversee and review the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate with junior architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, presentations, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Code Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining high design quality. Project Management: Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and efficient workflow. Site Supervision & Coordination: Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed Architect with valid PRC ID. Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Advanced proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication and client management skills.
