Employment Type: Full-time About the Role : we are looking for Project Architect to lead the architectural planning, design coordination, technical oversight of construction projects. This role ensures that all architectural works comply with approved plans, client requirements, and regulatory standards, while working closed with the Management and project teams to ensure proper execution from design to project completion. Qualifications: Licensed Architect At least 5 years of experience in architectural project management or supervisory architectural role in construction. Proven experience in managing architectural design coordination, consultants, and site implementation. Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and regulatory compliance. Experience in large-scale commercial, industrial, or vertical construction projects is an advantage. What You'll Do: Provide overall architectural leadership and direction for assigned projects. Lead design development, review, and approval of architectural plans, details, and specifications. Ensure architectural design integrity is maintained throughout project execution. Coordinate architectural works with engineering disciplines (structural, MEPF) and consultants. Review and validate architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure compliance with National Building Code, local regulations, and other applicable standards. Oversee architectural quality control and conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to approved plans. Monitor project progress related to architectural scope and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate with clients, LGUs, consultants, and stakeholders regarding architectural matters. Support project documentation, variation proposals, as-built drawings, and project close-out requirements. Assist in resolving design conflicts, site issues, and technical discrepancies. Drive continuous improvement in architectural standards, detailing, and documentation processes. Report and document site incidents related to architectural scope in accordance with company policies. Assist in project turnover, rectification, and defect management.
