# Project Analyst - Commercial Onboarding Service **American Express** · 東京都 港区 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Project Analyst : Commercial Onboarding Service This Project Analyst role is responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Corporate Card programs for corporate clients across Japan and global markets. From contract signing through card issuance and initial program adoption, the successful candidate will ensure a seamless implementation experience while accelerating client readiness and early spend realization. Working closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders—including Global Commercial Services (GCS), International Card Services (ICS), and other internal teams—this individual will coordinate implementation activities, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role also requires overseeing technical integration of American Express solutions, including data file setup, program management, and reconciliation tools, while proactively resolving implementation challenges. Success in this role is measured by implementation speed, billings, client spend ramp-up, value-added product penetration, and customer satisfaction, in line with the Fast, Full, Focused, and Efficient promise. In addition, the role is expected to identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and operational efficiency, while capturing client feedback and market insights to support continuous enhancement of products, solutions, and the overall customer experience. Knowledge of procure to pay processes, financial and AP and reconciliation processes.
