Visit us at www.sullymac.com Function: The Project Accountant will support the Accounting and Project Management teams in a variety of functions, including project setup, accounts receivable, payroll reporting and other related tasks. The position will work closely with several senior personnel within the accounting group, and report directly to the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities: Assist with all billing activities (Contracts-AIA/Lump Sum/T&M) Research and assist with project cash flows (Accounts Receivable, Retainage reduction, lien waivers, certified payrolls, Accounts Payable, etc.) Maintain project-related records, including contracts, change orders, submittals and RFI’s. Input new projects into Spectrum from Conest, including establishing project cost codes and approved budgets. Assist with month-end accounting and reporting, such as closing out projects and cleaning the A/R aging report. Prepare for, and attend monthly project review meetings with Project Managers. Prepare certified payroll/OCIP reports for public works projects Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and internal teams Participate in other ad-hoc projects as necessary Qualifications: 3-5 Years of experience Maintains a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on increased responsibilities Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills Is capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team Shows strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Experience with Excel, Spectrum, Textura, Procore or other ERP systems is a plus 74 Lawley Street, Boston, MA 02122 617.474.0500 info@sullymac.com sullymac.com Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Vision insurance Work Location: In person
