Programme / Project Manager Key Skills - HR Business Process and data knowledge; - Knowledge of HR products including Successfactors and OpenText; - Ability to manage challenging stakeholders; - Ability to manage and guide on effective Change in the HR area; - Ability to communicate effectively with Business & Technical leadership - Ability to manage the delivery teams – mainly the People Tech and Automation areas – but other technical teams will be required as well.
