PROGRAMME & OPERATIONS MANAGER
This is a hands-on role combining sports coaching, programme operations, school and client communication, bookings, social media and business development. We are looking for candidates who enjoy being involved in both the delivery and development of sports programmes and who is ready to take ownership of an important role within a growing organisation. THE ROLE The Programme & Operations Managers will: Deliver and support sports coaching sessions across our programmes. Coordinate programme schedules, coaches, venues and equipment. Manage programme bookings, enquiries and follow-ups. Communicate professionally with schools, parents, clients and partners. Support the development and growth of existing programmes. Identify and follow up on new programme and partnership opportunities. Manage and coordinate regular social media content, including posts, reels and stories. Promote upcoming programmes, camps, events and registrations. Support and coordinate the wider Inclusive Sports coaching team. Ensure programmes are organised, prepared and delivered to a high standard. Maintain accurate programme information, schedules and operational records. Identify challenges early and take a proactive approach to solving them. Be confident coaching children and young people. Be comfortable communicating with schools, clients and parents. Have strong organisation and time-management skills. Be confident managing emails, schedules and multiple programmes. Have experience or confidence managing social media content. Have an interest in business development and growing programmes. Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Be willing to work flexible hours around programme delivery. Hold a UAE driving licence or be able to travel reliably between programme locations. We are looking for someone who can coach, organise, communicate and contribute to the continued growth of Inclusive Sports. The right person will have the opportunity to take real responsibility within the organisation, contribute ideas, develop programmes and grow with the company.
