We belong to the World's largest humanitarian network and provide impartial and quality care to protect life and health, and to enhance the capacity of vulnerable people to live a safe and dignified life. Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. http://www.redcross.org.hk Key Responsibilities: Support Manager / Asst. Manager to execute community programmes to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the public, especially the high-risk groups, in the scope of health or resilience Provide support in any project relevant activities and health promotion programmes Provide administrative and logistics support in community health programmes Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including different service teams and local partners, etc. to ensure smooth collaboration and programme delivery Coordinate with volunteers in providing quality community health programmes Prepare data and maintain updated reports on programmes for service evaluation and continuous improvement Requirements: 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE (including English and Chinese) or equivalent; or University Degree holder in any discipline Knowledge in social welfare or public health is preferred Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficient in PC knowledge (including Microsoft Office), knowledge of design and audio-visual software is an advantage Responsible, well organized and good communication skills Case work experience and planning is an advantage Contract period: until 28 February 2027 Work Location: West Kowloon Fringe Benefits: Fringe benefits including generous annual leave, marriage leave, volunteer leave, caring leave, medical and dental benefits (including dependents), Employer MPF voluntary contribution, and a discretionary incentive payment (where applicable) will be offered to the right candidates.
