Program Resource Manager for MA non-profit helping vulnerable children (Part-Time) Position Overview By quickly providing urgently needed missing resources, One Can Help (OCH)makes it possible for underserved children and families in the juvenile court and child welfare systems, to improve difficult lives and build better futures. We are seeking a part-time Program Resource Manager (PRM) with exceptional organizational skills. The PRM plays a key role by helping to ensure that critical resources reach vulnerable children and families in a timely, thoughtful, and responsible manner. The PRM oversees daily communication and follow-up with juvenile court attorneys and social workers and helps guide them through OCH’s approval, funding, and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage Applications Requesting funding Communicate with professionals to help them follow through with the application process Monitor workflow through system and ensure all documentation has been received Responsibly process time -sensitive funding requests Surveys and Feedback · Distribute surveys and flag compelling client stories for potential future use and meetings. Financial Support and Reconciliation Responsibly coordinate funding requests through various retail and payment platforms Monitor outstanding checks and follow up with recipients who have not deposited funds Maintain accurate records and reconcile payments made to various vendors Oversee gift cards to ensure funds are either used or returned Collaborate with Financial Manager to resolve payment issues, (and other team members) Staff Meetings & Events Attend and contribute to weekly remote staff meetings Attend and assist with OCH’s annual evening fundraiser in early May Participate in occasional in-person meetings and events as needed Coordinate with and be available to pitch in to support other staff members as needed Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills A demonstrated ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills Able to prioritize competing demands and independently move work forward Professional, patient, and compassionate communication style Experience with online workflow operating systems and Microsoft products Ability to work independently while frequently collaborating with a small team Position Details Job Type: Part-time Daily Flexible Hours: Approx 10-15 hours per week; (may require additional training hours) Morning business hours with occasional afternoon follow ups Location: [Remote / Hybrid / On-site] Reports To: Executive Managers Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newton, MA 02468
