Program Operations Analyst

Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Support Analyst to support our Ft. Eustis, VA customer. This individual will work with customers to understand their needs, evaluate existing processes, and implement practical improvements. Support day-to-day operations through SharePoint tools, workflow management, requirements tracking, and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

-

Meet with customers to identify needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions.

Review existing processes and implement improvements that reduce administrative effort, improve visibility, and support timely completion of work.

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and workflows to support customer activities.

Support user permissions, automated notifications, and requirements routing and tracking.

Coordinate with customers and supporting offices to resolve issues and monitor progress.

Prepare status updates, maintain process documentation, assist users, and perform other related operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience supporting customer requirements, business operations, logistics, or acquisition activities.
• Experience using SharePoint to manage information, track requirements, or support workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to evaluate processes, organize competing priorities, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
