About the Position We are looking for a Program Manager for the SSE MBA program at the Stockholm School of Economics. You will be employed by SSE Executive Education, a fully owned subsidiary of the Stockholm School of Economics and the leading partner for executive education in Northern Europe situated in Stockholm. You will be part of the SSE MBA Team and together you will work with delivering high-quality education in various formats. As Program Manager, you will be involved in everything from preparation and planning, administration, program support and follow-up. Travelling, both within and outside of Sweden, is a part of the role and includes about two long-distance trips annually. Occasionally you will also be working with alumni activities and events, as well as other Executive Education programs You will be offered: A stimulating learning environment where you will interact with both Swedish and international clients, participants, and faculty. Responsibilities: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and assisting in the daily operations of programs delivered in Sweden, abroad, and on digital platforms. You will, among other things: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Actively taking part in pre-sales activities together with the Account Managers in your team. Registering students, creating as well as running the program website, ensuring pedagogical structure is followed and content updated. Planning and contributing to the implementation of both live and online modules, webinars and pure online training. Supporting colleagues and faculty with digital matters. Actively taking part in all campus weeks, working closely with the Program Director, faculty, and participants to ensure quality. Evaluating programs during implementation and after completion. Handling the grading process. Managing program administration as well as invoicing and budget follow-up. Being responsible for external communication with both participants and external clients. Your profile You are likely to be described as a service-minded organizer with strong collaborative and communications skills. You enjoy working in a high-tempo environment, both independently and together with others, and you can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are proactive, have strong problem-solving skills and an eye for details. When needed, you are decisive and action oriented. You are warm, open, and enjoy interacting with people. Requirements: A few years of experience from similar work areas. Experience leading and managing your own projects. Excellent technical- and system knowledge. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish, and the ability to communicate in a pedagogical way. Interest in and ability to travel short and long distances in Sweden and abroad Additional Information: Start date to be determined by mutual agreement.
