We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational lead supporting Prime Air's Regulatory and International organizations. In this role, you will own the rhythm of business for a Director-level organization driving the cadence of business reviews, managing cross-functional schedules, and ensuring leadership has the right information at the right time to make decisions. You will continuously inspect and improve the mechanisms that keep the business running as Prime Air scales globally. Key job responsibilities ● Own and drive the end-to-end business review cadence for the organization, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, ensuring all document inputs are accurate, timely, and high-quality ● Manage cross-functional schedules, milestones, and dependencies across regulatory and international workstreams, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution ● Coordinate and prepare leadership-level documents including narratives, status updates, planning inputs, and executive briefings ● Continuously evaluate existing operational mechanisms for effectiveness — streamline reporting, eliminate duplication, and raise the bar on operational rigor ● Support international expansion efforts by managing operational workstreams, tracking launch milestones, and building scalable processes for new geographies ● Partner with regulatory teams to coordinate milestone tracking, compliance reporting, and briefing preparation ● Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories and reporting frameworks that scale with the organization A day in the life Your day will be a blend of operational execution and strategic enablement. You might start by reviewing document inputs ahead of a leadership review, then shift to a schedule alignment session with cross-functional partners across regulatory and international teams. In the afternoon, you could be analyzing a mechanism for improvement opportunities or preparing a briefing for the Director. You will work across time zones and functions, serving as the connective tissue that keeps the organization running smoothly. - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience owning and driving business review mechanisms and associated reporting - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
