You will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards. Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules. Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications. Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs. Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management tools, IT governance policies, disaster recovery plans, and release management processes. Qualifications 3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams. Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework). Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills required. Strong interpersonal skills for daily supplier management and internal alignment. Must be able to work on-site to handle physical components and support the local engineering lab. Technical proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis skills for complex projects or solutions implementation. Bachelor of Science and Masters preferred.
