The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, overseeing risk management, coordinating with engineering, and manufacturing, serving as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring quality and compliance, and reporting progress to senior management. The candidate must have experience in program management, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing. Position Requirements - Knowledge of Epicor is a plus - Preferably with at least 2+ years’ experience in Program Management (previous experience in Aerospace production and manufacturing is a plus) - Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Must be a US Citizen Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00 PM Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Education: - High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
