# Program Manager/Account Manager **NCAB GROUP** · San Jose, CA 95131 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Program/Account Manager, PCB/PCBA Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Program/ Account Manager to serve as the primary customer interface while leading the successful introduction, ramp-up, and ongoing management of PCB and PCBA manufacturing programs. This role combines strategic account management responsibilities with program management leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, operational excellence, and successful product launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly processes, exceptional customer relationship skills, and proven experience managing cross-functional manufacturing programs from quotation through production and sustained lifecycle support. This individual will act as the central link between customers, sales, engineering, supply chain, quality, operations, and manufacturing partners to ensure customer objectives are achieved while meeting company targets for quality, delivery, cost, and profitability. This position is an in-office role at our San Jose, CA office location. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management Serve as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts. Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with customers to identify and secure new business opportunities and growth initiatives. Manage customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and overall account performance. Partner with external and regional sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer retention. Own the RFQ process, including quotation development, factory selection, pricing coordination, and proposal submission. Follow up on quotations and opportunities to maximize conversion and revenue growth. Monitor account profitability, margins, KPIs, and revenue objectives. Provide timely communication regarding order status, production schedules, supply chain challenges, and delivery updates. Participate in customer visits, business reviews, and executive-level meetings. Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Order Management & Operational Support Monitor customer orders through the manufacturing lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate customer demand forecasting, scheduling, and production planning activities. Manage customer communications regarding supply chain disruptions and recovery plans. Ensure compliance with company quality systems, procedures, and documentation requirements. Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, quotations, project documentation, and account information. Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly processes. 5+ years of PCB experience Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, and production ramp activities. Proven success managing customer relationships and manufacturing programs simultaneously. Strong project management, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
