QualificationsEducation - Bachelor's degree relevant to the General Education field. - Master's degree in Education, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline preferred - Doctoral degree is an advantage but not required Experience - At least 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher education. - Experience in academic coordination, program management, curriculum development, or faculty supervision is preferred. - Experience as a Program Coordinator, Department Chair, Program Head, or similar academic leadership position is an advantage.
