Program Enrollment Ambassador / Martial Arts Instructor
Part-Time | Eastern Massachusetts | Afternoon Availability | Morning Hours Optional MARTIAL ARTS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED — WE PROVIDE TRAINING Nitsuj Martial Arts is looking for an outgoing, energetic Program Enrollment Ambassador to help grow our martial arts enrichment programs at local schools and childcare centers. This is a unique part-time position primarily focused on enrollment events and family engagement , with the option to earn additional hours teaching martial arts classes in the mornings. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with families, engaging with children, and representing a growing local business. Compensation $40/hour for enrollment/demo events At least $20/hour for travel time to enrollment events Competitive additional pay for optional morning teaching(up to $120 per hour ) Opportunities for increased hours, responsibilities, and compensation as we continue to grow What You'll Do Run approximately 1–2 enrollment events per week during school pickup(more days per week as we grow) Lead fun martial arts demonstrations for children Actively approach parents and introduce them to our program Answer parent questions and explain how enrollment works Collect names and email addresses from interested families for follow-up Promote new and existing programs at our partner schools Travel between partner schools throughout Eastern Massachusetts Optional: Teach fun, beginner-friendly martial arts classes during morning hours What We're Looking For You do not need previous sales experience. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with parents Energetic and enthusiastic around children Reliable and professional Comfortable working independently Motivated by results Willing to actively engage families rather than simply waiting for parents to approach Available for afternoon enrollment events, generally 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (start time varies) Able and willing to travel to different partner schools throughout Eastern Massachusetts Martial arts experience is preferred, but we can train the right person. We intentionally pay our enrollment events well because this is an important part of the position. We want someone who is excited to attend these events, interact with families, and help our programs grow. Schedule Enrollment events generally take place on weekday afternoons from approximately 2:30 PM–5:30 PM . Start time varies. Optional martial arts teaching hours are also available during the morning, generally between 9:30 AM–11:30 AM . Morning teaching is not required for this position. This role can be a great fit for someone who wants a flexible part-time schedule, strong hourly compensation, and a healthy work-life balance. Hours, responsibilities, and compensation can grow as we add additional schools. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of growing our programs—not simply someone looking to clock in and out.
