Prepare performance reports and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Analyze material, yield, cost, waste, and production variances against targets and BOM. Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps, losses, scrap, and operational inefficiencies. Monitor production, inventory, and material utilization versus plans and targets. Perform material reconciliation and investigate SAP ERP vs. actual data discrepancies. Work with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to drive corrective actions and performance improvements. Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, BS Mathematics, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system. Relevant experience in a Food Manufacturing/FMCG environment Experience in Manufacturing KPI Monitoring and Performance Analysis Strong knowledge of Material Variance Analysis Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Proficient in Data Analysis and Reporting Knowledge and experience in Root Cause Analysis Experience in process improvement and operational performance monitoring is an advantage Pay: Php12.00 - Php13.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
