Production Support Analyst Experience: 5 years of experience in a related software engineering job experience, or tier 2+ customer or application support role. Must: Proficiency in Japanese language Skills needed : Artificial Intelligence, Cassandra, Core Java, Full Stack-Java,Machine Learning, MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQLSplunk, Unix Shell scripting, Unix/Bash Role Overview Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of experience in a related software engineering job experience, or tier 2+ customer or application support role. Proficiency in Japanese language is a must Coding knowledge in Java and familiarity with related frameworks. Experience with SQL and leveraging databases for data analysis. Experience in ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and similar observability platforms. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide weekend coverage as needed.
