Production Supervisor – Blown Film Extrusion & Plastic Bag Manufacturing

Proplast Polymers Industry LLC is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor / Factory Administrator to lead daily operations, from PE material mixing and blown film extrusion to cutting, sealing, and finished bag inspection.

What you’ll do

• Plan shifts, assign operators, and coordinate machine maintenance to complete orders on time.
• Identify LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, recycled PE, and filler masterbatch. Adjust mixing ratios to meet film specifications and cost targets.
• Monitor film thickness in microns, bag dimensions, weight, seal quality, and production output.
• Calculate production cost per kg using material consumption, conversion costs, and wastage. Track scrap and improve machine efficiency.
• Maintain production, inventory, and attendance records in Excel. Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and shop-floor discipline.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blown film extrusion and plastic bag manufacturing.
• Ability to supervise operators independently, troubleshoot production issues, and manage quality control, costing, and daily reporting.
• Preference for candidates experienced in LDPE/LLDPE film extrusion who have worked with recycled materials and reduced production costs.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and technical expertise.
