Production Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. It would be afternoon shift from 3pm-11pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities

• Making sure workers have there daily task.
• Assist in Hanging and unhanging parts
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
• Follow instructions from managers and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
• Participate in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to managers promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in powder coating.
• Previous experience in Quality Control.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with others.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
• Must have a valid driver's license/transportation
• Have a strict point system for attendance
• 90 day probation period
