Production Supervisor

Job Description

Neenah Foundry Company is seeking an organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, coordinate production teams, and maintain quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, efficient workflow management, and a focus on meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and coordinate daily assignments.
• Monitor production schedules, output, and product quality.
• Ensure employees follow workplace safety procedures.

• Track performance and prepare production reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or supervisory training is preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience.

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production procedures and workplace safety standards.
