Job Summary

DreamJob Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection molding, production management, and team leadership. This individual will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in a plastic injection molding environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate production employees to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor production output, productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure injection molding machines and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance when necessary.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production reports and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising production in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, machinery, and production operations.
• Proven experience leading and managing production teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work the required schedule.
