Production Supervisor

Camco Manufacturing Inc. is the largest machine shop in Bradford County, with a diverse, highly technical team and extensive computer numerical control (CNC) machining capabilities. The company produces close-tolerance components for aerospace, military, medical, industrial, and automotive applications.

Job Summary

Lead production and assembly activities in a precision manufacturing environment. You’ll coordinate team workflows, support safe and consistent operations, and help keep production moving to quality requirements.

Duties

• Manage production or assembly teams, assign work, and monitor progress against production documents and technical drawings.
• Support manufacturing and mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge.
• Promote safety standards and protocol adherence, including safe manual handling and heavy lifting practices; operate a forklift when qualified.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow.
• Coordinate assembly line activities and communicate production needs across the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Factory, manufacturing facility, or assembly line experience; experience managing production or assembly teams is preferred.
• Ability to interpret production documents and technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Technical proficiency with assembly, mechanical assembly, hand tools, and power tools; mechanical knowledge is an asset.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, lean manufacturing, process improvement, and safety standards in production.
• Able to follow safety protocols and perform manual handling and heavy lifting; forklift experience is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
