Review backlogs and pending jobs. Report or inform management and concerned production staff for any stoppage or interruption happened during run. Receive direct instructions from Plant Manager and Production Manager and give clear feedback. Receive and review the approved Job Order (J.O.) / specification sheet, maintain it on file, and assures its completion in the shortest possible run, and in good quality. Clarify the approved J.O. / specification sheet with Production, Planning & Control and Production Manager or Plant Manager if product to run is new or old structure and/or for revise. Disseminate / cascade clear information, dispositions and special instructions to Film Blowing Coordinator, Foreman and Operator. Monitor the film blowing procedures and work instructions if they are being followed by his personnel. Ensure proper handling and operation of all machines. Supervise concurrent production run and assist his personnel for in need of troubleshooting. Assess manpower availability and have disposition to tap additional resources (ex. Personnel from other areas, materials, equipment, etc.) Coordinate with Quality Control for any query of non-conformed products and initiation of CPAR/ICPAR together with his personnel. Make report/follow-up on Engineering Maintenance for any pending or repair of Film Blowing Machines. Coordinate with Plant Manager and Production Manager for priority of schedules. Prepare schedule and hand-over to Film Blowing Coordinator and Foreman. Update Daily Efficiency Monitoring Report Conduct 6S practices to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area. Responsible for adhering to and promoting safety procedures at all times. Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with HALAL standards. Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with the current version of FSSC standards.
