Production Supervisor

Job Summary

BMR Suspension is the leading manufacturer of aftermarket suspension products for late model Camaros, late model Mustangs, late model Challengers, and classic GM muscle cars. We are seeking a high-energy, intelligent Production Supervisor to help manage our Assembly and Packaging department. Individual must be extremely well organized. This position reports to the Operations Manager. Dominate Your Competition with BMR Suspension!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage activities of 10-12 personnel of the Powdercoating/Finishing department
• Assign employees to production jobs
• Ensure that products meet quality requirements
• Monitor employee efficiency and compare to productivity standards
• Ensure that all employees follow safety standards and policies
• Complete manufacturing documents as required
• Other duties as requested by Operations Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have 10+ years of prior manufacturing experience
• Must have 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
• Must be familiar with light assembly manufacturing operations
• Must have a high school diploma (no GEDs)
• Must be a dynamic, high-energy person (no slackers)
• Must be intelligent
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Must have strong values
• Must pass a drug test
• No felony convictions
• Must have a valid driver license
• Must have a history of company loyalty
• Priority will be given to people who own and/or wrench on hot rods and race cars
• Priority will be given to people with a military background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
• Manufacturing Supervisory: 1 year (Required)
