The position acts as the "control tower" for plant operations, coordinating between Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a smooth production workflow and achieve operational excellence. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth by improving forecast accuracy, production efficiency, inventory turns, and service levels. Responsibilities around production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and crossfunctional coordination align with existing operations roles within the organisation Experience 12+ years of experience in Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations. B.E./B.Tech in Industrail Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/Food Technology/Production Engineering/Chemical Engineering, Or any other relevant qualifications with min 5 years in food industry production planning. Must have worked in any of these Industries (Flavours, Speciality Chemicals, Pharma, Food Ingredients) Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Material Requirement Planning Capacity Planning Manufacturing Coordination Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year Experience: Production planning: 10 years (Required) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
