# Production Planner and Inventory Controller (PPIC) **Polyfoam-RGC International** · Sucat · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 20 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES - Responsible for planning and preparation of production orders (PO) for the production line. - Monitor actual production output to ensure that requested PO are produced on time as per plan. - Ensures that planned production is aligned to available resources, capacity, capability, and delivery lead time. - Regularly monitors F2M data for effective replenishment of finished goods. - Check inventory of FG in actual and in SAP system. - Analyzes and ensures constant tracking of items movement and submits reports to superior. - Conducts timely replenishment of stocks based on established reordering point standard. - Communicates with Warehouse Team Leader regarding incoming items, transfer and other related activities on warehouse stocks, accuracy, capacity and forecast. - Collaborates with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance and Delivery about schedules, changes and improvements in planning activities. - Ensures on time serving of request orders in conformance with customer requirements. - Performs mathematical calculations and analysis to determine applicable manufacturing processes, tools and manpower requirements. - Analyzes in-house and outsourced production specifications and capacity data. - Reviews and determines defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawings, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements and other related matters. - Facilitates the replacement of damaged or rejected items. - Performs periodic review of process flow, production lines and man-hour in order to ensure that RDD is aligned with in-house and outsourced production capacity and capability, and ensures that concerns are properly coordinated with the Purchasing Department, Production Supervisor and Toll Manufacturing Head. - Ensures the control, monitoring and actualizing of all departmental targets. - Conducts root cause analysis, and recommends preventive and corrective measures if departmental targets are not attained. - Prepares daily and monthly accomplishment reports for superior’s review and perusal. JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. - 1- 2 years in experience in production planning - Proficient in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheet. - Knowledge in ERP or SAP System is an advantage. - Can work with less supervision. - Good communication skills.
