Production Operation Manager
Duty: Collaborate with product, tech and business teams to define operational requirements, optimise end-to-end processes, and drive continuous improvement of internal systems (including reconciliation, settlement, cost control and data flow modules). Monitor daily operational metrics, identify bottlenecks in business processes, and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Support the build-out and iteration of operational systems / middle-platform tools; write clear business requirements, participate in testing, and follow up on optimisation to ensure stable daily operations. Analyse business and operational data, prepare regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights to management and cross-functional teams. Coordinate with finance and business units to ensure smooth data flow, process alignment and cost control across departments. Assist in process standardisation, policy drafting and team coordination to improve overall operational quality and compliance. Drive project implementation from planning to delivery, manage progress, and ensure key milestones are met on time. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above; experience in operations, product operations, process improvement or related fields preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to process optimisation, system requirement gathering, and cross-functional project work (especially in tech, internet or fintech environments). Hands-on experience in building or optimising operational / financial systems, writing business requirements, and working closely with product & tech teams. Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn operational data into clear reports and improvement recommendations. Familiar with budgeting, cost control and operational risk awareness; experience in finance-business collaboration is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with multiple departments and drive process changes. Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. 薪酬： $14,524.98至$42,679.87（每月） Work Location: 親身到場
