We are hiring a Production Manager to manage a team of 30–40 employees across different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign daily tasks to each employee.
• Set individual targets and ensure they are achieved.
• Monitor progress and resolve delays.
• Coordinate departments from stock receiving to final dispatch.
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
• Report daily output and employee performance to management.

Requirements:

• Experience managing production or workshop teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to achieve company targets.
• Computer refurbishment experience is preferred.
