Production Manager – Precision Oscillator Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our Miami, FL manufacturing team and oversee the production of precision oscillators, including OCXO, VCXO, TCXO, and other frequency control products. The successful candidate will ensure product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities, including assembly, testing, and calibration
• Supervise production personnel and coordinate manufacturing schedules
• Monitor product quality, manufacturing yields, and productivity
• Identify production issues and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant manufacturing experience
• Minimum 5–10 years of electronics manufacturing experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of PCB assembly, electronic components, and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and quality control systems
• Experience with precision oscillators or RF components preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
