Production Manager - Offset Packaging
Job Title: Production Manager Location: Tigaraksa, Tangerang About the Company Our client is a well-established company in the packaging manufacturing industry, specializing in offset litho and folding box production. The company is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its Offset Production Division. Job Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Offset Production Division to ensure efficient and smooth production operations. Drive improvements in production output and product quality. Manage production teams and optimize workforce performance. Ensure production processes follow 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles. Monitor offset printing quality, production output, and overall manufacturing performance. Work closely with the Plant Head / Vice Director to achieve production objectives. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in offset packaging production with strong product knowledge. Strong understanding of offset printing, printing quality, and production output. Good knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing. Proven experience in team and people management within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage but not mandatory. Willing to be based in Tangerang and travel or work in Batang when required.
