The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in meat and sauce manufacturing, particularly in food ingredient production processes. Key Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end production planning, execution, and control to achieve production targets for quality, quantity, delivery, and equipment utilization. - Optimize production schedules, manufacturing capacity, and resource allocation. - Lead and develop the production team to ensure operational efficiency and consistent output. - Monitor production performance, identify root causes of operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure product quality and consistency in collaboration with the Quality team. - Manage process technology development, including process design and new product introduction. - Oversee process qualification for new installations and production processes. - Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality management systems, and operational procedures. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food ingredients manufacturing. - Must have experience handling meat and sauce manufacturing processes. - Experience with thermal processing, including sauce emulsification, water-based sauce production, and reactor processes, is highly preferred. - Proven leadership experience at Head or Manager level, with strong team management capabilities. - Good understanding of food safety, quality management systems, and continuous improvement. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented working style.
