Position Overview

Gilani Mobility Trading Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate daily production, fabrication, assembly, and workshop operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, workforce supervision, quality control, material coordination, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to required specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production and workshop activities.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules based on project requirements and priorities.
• Allocate tasks and resources to production personnel.
• Supervise welders, fabricators, technicians, installers, and other production staff.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and required quality standards.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing activities.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and production requirements with relevant teams.
• Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and workshop consumables.
• Coordinate material requirements with Procurement and other departments.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Identify production delays, technical concerns, and resource requirements and coordinate appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate production records, progress reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure tools, machinery, and workshop equipment are properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular production meetings and provide progress updates to management.
• Support improvements in workflow, productivity, resource utilization, and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing , or a related technical field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in production, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or engineering workshop operations .
• Previous experience supervising or managing production and technical teams.
• Practical understanding of fabrication, welding, assembly, installation, and workshop processes.
• Ability to read and understand technical and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, material coordination, and workshop safety.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and production priorities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications for production monitoring and reporting.
