Production Manager (Creative Agency/Advertising)
Job Description: We are seeking a Production Manager with 1–3 years of hands-on production experience to manage and oversee production activities and related operations. This role ensures projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and tasks Oversee logistics, resources, and day-to-day operations Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects Monitor workflows and implement process improvements Collaborate with team members to support creative production Qualifications: 1–3 years of prior experience in production or operations Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented Familiarity with production processes and project management ( for commercial ads and shoots) Preferred: Creative mindset with experience in video or film production Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
