Production Manager
Job Description We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage our steel fabrication operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural steel fabrication, CAD drafting, and production management, with excellent leadership and technical skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering preferred. Structural Engineering certification is an advantage. At least 3 years of experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing. Proficient in AutoCAD/CAD and able to read and interpret structural drawings. Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, machinery, and production processes. Able to prepare, review, and modify technical/structural drawings. Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and quality-control skills. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and fabrication requirements. Responsibilities Manage daily steel fabrication production and manpower. Review drawings, measurements, materials, and production requirements. Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and project teams. Monitor production schedules, quality, and material usage. Ensure proper machine operation, fabrication procedures, and safety compliance. Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements. Prepare production reports and ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications. Work Location: In person
