Mission Statement

Trobella Cabinetry, Inc. strives to be the preferred cabinet supplier for residential contractors in the Portland Metro area of the Pacific Northwest. We intend to accomplish this through a superior product, strict quality-control program, timely deliveries, and competitive pricing.

Company Goals and Objectives

- Product Manufacture an affordable, quality cabinet; balancing the costs of materials with the durability and benefit of the end product. - Manufacturing Process Closely manage the streamlined manufacturing process; balancing the need for automation with labor costs. Manage overhead costs by optimization of current space and efficiently completing manufacturing and administrative tasks. Reduce scrap material and reuse scrap material when possible. - Employees Provide a safe and positive work environment to foster long term team members - Customers Provide excellent service to customers in order to achieve a stable and loyal customer base.

Areas of Management

Raw Materials: Work with Purchasing Coordinator to ensure raw materials arrive on site prior to start of production for each order. Work with employees and management to implement process to maximize material usage including off fall pieces.

Equipment: Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools for production. Recommend new equipment and tools to improve manufacturing process

Employees: Direct leadership of approximately 30-40 employees in the manufacturing facility including delivery drivers. Responsible for hiring of all manufacturing positions. Foster good employee relations and conduct regular department meetings with each shop department to promote team work.

Logistics: Oversee entire manufacturing process including the processing and tracking of 1,000’s of parts a day through the machining, finishing, and assembly departments in order to meet the schedule.

Quality Control: Implement process for quality control steps at each phase of the manufacturing process.

Safety: Key emphasis on safety practices including PPE, procedures, risk management. Work with Safety Committee and Safety Coordinator to implement policies and procedures in compliance with all regulatory agencies.

Skills & Requirements

Cabinetry Experience: 2+ years working with manufacturing of residential cabinetry

Manufacturing Experience: 3+ years working in a supervisory position in a high production, fast paced manufacturing environment

Management Experience: Proven leadership experience with a record of motivating people and developing teams.

Personal Skills: High energy, positive attitude and attention to detail. Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills

Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make educated decisions in a fast paced environment.

Language Skills: English is a requirement and Spanish would be preferred but not required

Computer Skills: Experience using email, scheduling, database, word processing and spreadsheet software.
