Production Manager

Position: Production Manager Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing a team of approximately 20 employees, and ensuring efficient, timely production of baking mixes and gourmet candy products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily production floor operations and a team of 20 employees.
• Organize, build, and prioritize production orders for baking mixes and gourmet candy products.
• Ensure production schedules and customer orders are completed accurately and shipped on time.
• Optimize employee placement and workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor production progress, address bottlenecks, and resolve daily operational challenges.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous production or manufacturing management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
