Production Manager

Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of exhibition stands, kiosks, models, interior fitouts, and related event installations. This role manages project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating closely with design, sales, vendors, and onsite teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Daily activities include reviewing technical drawings, planning production workflows, monitoring fabrication progress, and organizing logistics for installation and dismantling. The Production Manager anticipates and resolves operational issues, maintains safety and compliance standards, and continuously optimizes processes to improve efficiency and reliability across projects. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing production for exhibitions, events, interior fitouts, or related fabrication projects, including oversight of workshops, contractors, and onsite builds.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan schedules, track budgets, allocate resources, and deliver multiple projects on time and within scope.
• Technical understanding of materials, fabrication methods, carpentry, metal work, and finishing relevant to exhibition stand and kiosk production.
• Ability to interpret design concepts, drawings, and specifications, and convert them into clear production plans and instructions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with designers, sales teams, clients, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including supervising production staff, promoting safe work practices, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Experience coordinating logistics, such as transport, installation, dismantling, and onsite troubleshooting during events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, with a focus on practical solutions and continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with the GCC or UAE events and exhibitions market is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Production Management, Event Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
