Production Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related course) With at least 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing/production operations Experience in Heatsink, Busbar, metal fabrication, stamping, machining, CNC, assembly, or related products is highly preferred Strong knowledge in: Production planning and control Process improvement Quality systems Root cause analysis Manpower handling KPI monitoring Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 7 QC Tools, CAPA Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Good communication and reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Job Responsibilities: Manage daily production operations for Heatsink and Busbar manufacturing Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet customer requirements Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and tools Lead and supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce defects Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Maintenance Ensure compliance with production standards, safety policies, and company procedures Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and cost reduction programs Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
