Job Description We are hiring an experienced Production Manager with a Fashion Design / Garments manufacturing background . The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in managing garment production operations and handling shop-floor activities efficiently. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end garment production (Cutting, Stitching, Finishing & Packing) Plan daily and monthly production targets and ensure timely completion Handle manpower, line balancing, and productivity improvement Ensure quality standards and buyer requirements are met Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams Control fabric and trim wastage and monitor production costs Prepare production reports, MIS, and efficiency data Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth workflow on the shop floor Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience in garment/fashion production Background in Fashion Design / Garment Technology / Textiles Strong knowledge of garment construction and bulk production Experience in manpower handling and production planning Good communication and leadership skills Education Degree / Diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities Stable work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
