Production Manager
We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and manage our commissary production staff, ensuring efficient daily operations, high-quality production, and compliance with food safety standards. Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations to meet production targets. Ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and in compliance with quality and food safety standards. Supervise production staff, monitor productivity, and optimize resource utilization. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse QA and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduse waste, and control production costs. Monitor equipment performance and ensure propoer maintenance to minimize downtime. Prepare production reports and ensure complicance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in a food commissary or food manufacturing environment. Proven experience in supervising production teams and managing daily operations. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Proficient in preparing reports and using basic production monitoring tools.
