Production Manager

Job Summary

The Production Manager oversees daily shop floor operations, including personnel, equipment, production scheduling, and safety. Candidates with a machining background are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site production activities and ensure schedules are met.
• Supervise, train, and schedule production workers.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machines operate properly.
• Develop and adjust production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor output quality and resolve on-floor issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management or supervisory roles.
• Machining background (CNC, metalworking, etc.) preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
