Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Production Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, manage production teams, and ensure the timely and quality delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in workshop management, production planning, CNC operations, AutoCAD drawings, fabrication, and coordination of various production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
• Supervise workshop teams, manpower, and daily operations.
• Coordinate carpentry, fabrication, painting, printing, and electrical works.
• Operate and manage CNC machines and cutting processes.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, 2D drawings, and technical details.
• Convert design concepts and drawings into production requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and deadlines.
• Manage materials, stock inventory, and procurement requirements.
• Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure timely project completion, delivery, and installation.
• Manage logistics, transportation, and installation teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in production or workshop management.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and technical detailing.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC machines and cutting processes.
• Good knowledge of material management and production planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Range

• Salary starting from AED 4,000+, depending on experience and skills.
